Description:
Walker Parking Consultants’ Boston office seeks a highly-organized, energetic, fun marketing coordinator to support business development activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and managing proposal process
• Developing PowerPoint presentations
• Creating and maintaining marketing collateral material
• Maintaining CRM database
• Researching leads and clients
• Assisting in other client-related activities

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years experience in the A/E/C industry
• Extreme attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with internal and external clients
• Enjoy working in a fast-pace, multi-project environment
• Ability to take proposal process from start to finish
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office, In-Design a plus
